Swiss FONDUE
The Swiss fondue is traditionally made with 50% Swiss Gruyère and 50% Fribourg Vacherin and is referred to as 50-50. Buttay has made it even creamier, even easier to digest.
A little wine is added to the preparation to release the flavours of the Swiss cheeses. To be enjoyed with a few grapes, walnut kernels and hazelnuts.
