Try it and you’ll come back for more! At BUTTAY, the Savoie raclette is chosen at the farm. It is made from milk from one herd of cows. The farms are situated in the mountains where the cows are out grazing. These favourable environmental conditions give farm-made raclette an exquisite taste and produce a cheese that melts evenly. Also available made with unpasteurised milk, with green peppercorns, mustard seeds and smoked.
